Monitoring and Check features rely on official or public registries and other sources. We may cache, process, and normalize that data. Registry records can be delayed, incomplete, or formatted inconsistently. A standing score, risk label, “needs attention” item, or Company Check result is informational guidance based on available data — not a legal determination and not a government certificate. Verify time-sensitive status with the relevant authority or advisor when necessary.

Where we show confidence, completeness, or similar indicators, they describe the quality or coverage of the sources we used — for example whether a questionnaire is complete or registry data looks current. They are not a measure of legal certainty.

We prepare filings from information you provide and may submit them, or arrange submission through contractors or qualified providers, after any required approval. Additional documents or information may be needed before work can finish. We cannot guarantee acceptance by state agencies, the IRS, FinCEN, or other authorities, or any specific tax outcome. During request-only access, sending a request is not itself a filing or a purchase.

The Service uses processors and may involve filing partners, registered-agent providers, tax professionals, or other contractors to perform requested work. Government portals and other third parties make their own decisions. Their terms apply to those interactions. External authority or provider decisions are outside Goodstand’s control.

Some features use automated or AI-assisted analysis to answer questions, summarize information, or classify documents and correspondence. Those outputs can be incomplete or wrong. They are assistive tools, not legal or tax advice, and should be reviewed before you rely on them for a filing or compliance decision.

You can rely on Goodstand to operate the product features we describe, to treat your information as confidential as stated in the Privacy Policy, and to work in good faith on services you request.
