ABOUT

We make cross-border compliance quiet.

Goodstand is compliance infrastructure for international founders who run US and UK companies. We watch your entities year-round, catch what registries quietly break, and file what needs filing — so your company never falls out of good standing while you're building everything else.

WHY WE EXIST

Most entity compliance breaks silently.

International founders register US LLCs and UK LTDs to access banking, customers, and legal predictability in those markets. What they don't get on day one is the part that arrives later: a US annual report, a BOI update after an ownership change, a Form 5472 due April 15, a UK confirmation statement, a PSC change at Companies House — and certified mail that no one opens.

By the time the founder finds out their entity is in delinquent or strike-off risk, it's usually because a payout was blocked, a bank closed an account, or a registry has already moved them to forfeited. The fix at that point is reinstatement — slow, expensive, and avoidable.

Goodstand exists for the years after formation. We monitor every entity-level signal that matters across US and UK jurisdictions, surface what the founder needs to act on, and file the routine work ourselves when they want us to.

WHAT WE DO

Three layers. One dashboard.

Live Intelligence

We watch public registry records on supported jurisdictions — live today for Wyoming — and official correspondence when that channel is set up. BOI and other federal items are tracked from available information, not as a live FinCEN database feed. When status changes or deadlines approach, you see it in Goodstand.

Filing Actions

We can help prepare and submit routine U.S. filings such as Wyoming annual reports, BOI updates where they may apply, Form 5472 assistance, reinstatements, and dissolutions. Government fees are separate. UK workflows are rolling out. Acceptance by an authority is not guaranteed.

Document Vault

Formation documents, EIN letters, ownership records, filing receipts. Stored privately and available to the account holder. You can download files you have access to; sharing with an advisor is by export until team invites ship.

PRINCIPLES

How we work.

01

We don't sell what we wouldn't use.

If a filing is unnecessary in your situation, we'll say so. We make money from monitoring and from work authorities actually require — starting with Wyoming registry obligations and related U.S. federal items that may apply — not from upselling forms you don't need.

02

Software where it scales. Humans where they matter.

Monitoring, alerts, document storage, and form prep run on our platform. Our in-house compliance team handles routine execution; external specialists are engaged only when a jurisdiction-specific edge case requires it.

03

We are not a law firm.

We don't give legal advice. We track deadlines, prepare routine filings, and tell you plainly when something needs licensed counsel. We maintain a referral network for the rare cases that do.

04

Your data is yours.

We never sell personal data or use your documents to train our own models. You can download documents you have access to and schedule account deletion in Settings (30-day recovery window, then purge). We retain only what law, security, or billing requires.

TO BE CLEAR

What Goodstand is not.

NOT A LAW FIRM.

We don't provide legal advice or represent clients in proceedings. For legal questions specific to your entity, we refer you to licensed attorneys in our network when needed.

NOT A CPA PRACTICE.

We don't prepare personal tax returns or perform audits. Our team handles entity-level compliance filings; complex personal tax planning goes to specialist accountants when required.

NOT A FORMATION SERVICE.

Goodstand is built for companies that already exist. Formation help, when offered, is a separate request — not the core product.

NOT A REGISTERED AGENT.

Goodstand itself is not your statutory registered agent. We can work with your current agent, surface official mail when that channel is set up, or arrange agent service through a qualified provider if you request it.

“Compliance should be the quietest part of running a company. Boring, automatic, and invisible until the day it matters.”
